All our hours are determined in advance. We don't surprise you with unexpected charges. We don't nickle and dime you to death. You know how much you will be charged BEFORE the work is completed, and we charge you reasonable rates. Example: Attorney W has about 5 or 6 simple cases per month which require preparation of an Entry of Appearance, Certificate of Service, a Verified Answer and a cover letter. We prepare all of the above for $20.00 per client.
We can charge by the project
Pre-determined between you and us. A good example is banckruptcies. We charge a flat rate for Chapter 7's or Chapter 13's. The rate is determined by how much you want us to do. We also charge a flat rate for LLC or Corporation formation.

We can track client files, your calendar, do your payroll or quarterly taxes, or any other repetitive tasks for a pre-determined monthly rate.
Full Services, including filing. Chapter 7 $250.00, Chapter 13 $400.00, not including costs for credit reports. We can also do due dilligence searches.
